1. Acceptance

By using the QR Code Generator (the "Application"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Description of the service

The QR Code Generator is a free, browser-based tool that creates custom QR codes for URLs, contact details (vCard), Wi-Fi credentials, payment links and other data formats. The Application runs entirely in your browser — no account, no registration, no sign-up.

3. Licence to use

Liberty Dreams LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application for personal or commercial purposes. Not permitted: reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or reverse engineering without written authorisation.

4. Privacy, cookies and tracking

The Application does not send QR data to remote servers. If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and Mautic for anonymous analytics and marketing. For details see our Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising and tracking

The Application uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and marketing tracking (Mautic) only if you consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can accept all, reject all, or change your preference later by deleting the apps_consent cookie in your browser.

6. QR code responsibility

You are responsible for the content you encode in QR codes. The Application is a tool; we do not verify, endorse or take responsibility for the URLs, contact details or other data you choose to encode. Do not use QR codes to distribute malicious content, phishing links, or material that violates applicable laws.

7. Updates

Liberty Dreams LTD may release updates to the Application to fix bugs, improve features or adapt to new browser requirements. Updates are governed by these same Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Third-party services

If you accept the cookie banner, third-party services (Google Analytics, Mautic) load under their respective privacy policies. We rely on the standard Data Processing Agreements incorporated by reference in those providers' terms of service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Liberty Dreams LTD does not warrant that the Application is error-free or that QR codes generated will always be readable by all scanners.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. For users in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of EU consumer law also apply. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Kingdom, without prejudice to consumer rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence.
